Werkplās is a company that has provided work and event spaces since June 2020. We started when covid took many people out of their work places due to lockdown. People couldn’t work in person and a lot of people were working from home. We provided a functional area to work in an office without the fear of getting covid but also being outside your home to have a productive work day. We wanted to give you a space to work without distractions. We started with one floor but now we have two floors in the galleria towers, Floor 14 and 15. We still take safety precautions like cleaning before and after offices are used. We maintain distance and space. We have Clorox wipes in every office and space to wipe everything down. Covid may not be as big of a deal as it was but we still want to keep a clean and healthy environment for everyone!

We have reliable security at the entrance of the towers that watch the cameras at all times and you will be given keys as well as a fob to enter the floors you’re working on. The fob also lets you park inside the gate in the parking lot. The keys are for you to lock and unlock your office so you know we take your privacy very seriously. You will have access to go down to the mall elevators if you want to shop, walk around, etc. We have receptionists at the entrance of our floors offering any help you may need. If you have a meeting, interview, etc we greet the people and show them to you or give you a heads up they are here. We help you set up or break down if you would like! We truly want this to be so simple and helpful for you.

We provide water, tea, and coffee any time throughout the day. You are welcome to bring lunch and put it in the fridge. We have microwaves to heat up anything and plastic ware in case you didn’t bring any. There is a canteen area where you can buy food, candy, soft drinks, etc. You can go down to the mall to get food from the food court and bring it up for lunch too. We have many options of drinks and a variety of food so you’ll never get tired of having lunch here. There are many places right outside the towers to pick up from like Panera, Newks, etc.
You can be self-employed or you’re the owner of the company needing a place to have a meeting. Anyone is welcomed and everyone is cared for. We try our best to make it as welcoming and comfortable for you to have a lovely work atmosphere. We bring you your mail and if you aren’t in we will put it in your desk for you. We try our best to make your day work as easy as it can be for you. We help as much as we can and even have amenities to accommodate. We offer a white board and a tv for your space. You can use your computer or phone to screen play on the tv. We have multiple size white boards for whatever you’re looking for that day. We keep the coffee and water area stacked for you or your guests. We clean it and set it up for you if you ever need our help. We are glad to be there for you.

Everyone that works here comes from different backgrounds and works for unique companies. You get to know the people in the building and truly enjoy coming into work. We want you to want to come to work and not hate the work day. We give you privacy if that’s what you seek out or have an important call. We don’t rush you when you have a conference, interview, etc. We want you to have a successful and productive day!

In conclusion, A lot of people nowadays either work for themselves or don’t need to come into the office anymore to work. We provide areas so you can still work from home or for yourself without needing to buy a whole building. If you work from home and you want to come in to meet people in person or to have an important call without your dogs barking. We have a desk to rent hourly or monthly if you want to just get out of the house and do some work without getting distracted. There’s space to rent an office to have an interview or meet with someone. You don’t have to get stuck in a lease agreement or a contract to be with us. You can pay hourly to just meet with your workers, have a conference call outside of the house, etc. We aren’t here to pressure you into having an office but to relieve stress off you to have a place to come work for an hour, a day, or even a few months. We have places to accommodate and make your work life easier without the stress of not having a professional place to host a conference, meeting, etc. We are happy to show you around without the pressure of renting! We look forward to meeting people from all backgrounds and all different types of work. We love hearing people’s stories and just getting to know the people in the office. There will be days where we pick up lunch for each other and just have a nice relaxing lunch. We have each other back in and out of the office! We look forward to seeing people around the office every day and just joking around! It’s a safe and welcoming space where everyone looks out for each other.

We are mostly all faith based so we really try to uplift everybody in our space, everyone is accepted. Our goal is to create an environment that you thrive and are successful in every day you work.
