What are your hours?

Answer: Our hours are 8 am to 5 pm. We can stay open longer if need be or come in earlier depending on what you need.

Why did he create Werkplãs?

Answer: He created Werkplãs to give people a space to work without being worried about covid or stuck to a contract.

 

How many people are on site?

Answer: We have two people on site, sometimes three. There are at least two at all times who are able to show you around and welcome you.

 

Do I get anything with the office?

Answer: When you get an office you get a whiteboard on the wall, a white desk, and an office chair. We also provide wifi and coffee. If you sign a contract then you will be given a set of keys for the office and a fob to enter the building/ parking garage.

 

Is there security?

Answer: Security is there every day of the day at all hours of the day. They are at the entrance of the towers with computer’s monitoring the cameras that are all over the tower.

 

Is there access to the mall from the tower?

Answer: Yes, there are two elevators in the tower that go straight down to the food court in the mall. You are welcome to get food and bring it up. You can always walk around, go shopping, etc.

 

How much is an office an hour?

Answer: Our office can be rented for $10 an hour.

 

Do you have deals with offices?

Answer: Yes, if you book for half a day it is $30 which would equal out to $8 an hour. If you book for a full day then it would be $60 which would equal out to $8 an hour.

 

How many spaces do you offer?

Answer: We offer six spaces of all different sizes according to what you’re looking for.

 

What days are you open?

Answer: We are open every dayday. Monday through Friday.

 

How many floors does Werkplãs own?

Answer: Werkplãs is on two floors in the galleria towers.

 

How much does the Event Space cost?

Answer: It depends on how long you plan to rent it but at least $200 an hour.

 

Do you have any deals on the Event Space?

Answer: Yes, if you book half a day it is $600 which would equal out to $150 an hour. If you book a whole day it is $1,200 which will equal out to $150 an hour.

 

How many people can the Event space host?

Answer: sixty to eighty people comfortably

 

How much does an office cost a month?

Answer: The offices cost around $700 a month including amenities. The price also depends on which office you get.

 

How much does a Hot desk cost a month?

Answer: Hot desks cost $100 a month.

 

Do you have to sign a contract for a Hot desk?

Answer: No you do not have to sign a contract to rent a Hot desk.

 

How many Hot desks are available?

Answer: Thirty desks are available at this time.

 

What would I rent if I had to meet with six people?

Answer: We have a room called the Private meeting room which holds six people.

 

How much is the Private meeting room?

Answer: The private meeting room is $30 an hour.

 

Do you have deals on the Private meeting room?

Answer: Yes, we do have deals in the private meeting room. If you book for half a day it is $85 which would equal out to $21 an hour for the room. If you were to book for a full day it would be $135 for the day which would equal out to $17 an hour.

 

Do you have a room that could hold sixteen people?

Answer: Yes, we have a room that could hold sixteen people. We call it the Wilson room which is located on the third floor of the tower.

 

What are your prices for the Wilson room?

Answer: Renting the Wilson room for the hour is $50. Booking it for half a day is $150 which would equal out to $38 an hour. If you booked it for the whole day it would be $275 which would equal out to $34 an hour.

 

What if I only have twelve people? What room do you offer?

Answer: We have a room that holds up to twelve people called the Training room. It has a lovely window view and comes with a tv.

 

What are your prices for the Training room?

Answer: The training room is $50 an hour.

 

Do you have any deals on booking the Training room?

Answer: Yes, we have deals on the Training room. If you book half a day it is $150 which would equal out to $38 an hour. Booking for the full day would be $275 which would equal out to $34 an hour.

 

I only have ten people. Do I have to rent the Wilson room or Training room?

Answer: No, you do not have to rent those rooms if you have up to ten people unless of course you want that specific room. We have a room that holds ten people called the Large conference room.

 

What are the prices for the Large conference room that holds ten people?

Answer: The large conference room is $45 an hour but if you book it for half a day it is $175 which equals out to $44 an hour. We also have an option to book it for the whole day which is $275 for the day which equals out to $34 an hour.

 

Where do people usually book?

Answer: People usually book through Liquidspace which gives all details and allows you to see availability.

 

Is there a cancellation fee?

Answer: There is no cancellation fee when you cancel 24 hours in advance.
